Past National Policy Decisions

Referendum Issue 08-01:   Resolved, it shall be the policy of the United States of America that all national laws must be applied universally.  No person, group, public or private organization shall be exempted.

This referendum was open from 1 January 2008 through 31 March 2008.  During that period, some sixty citizens voted.  Seventy-five percent of those supported the resolution.  Under Amendment XXIX, implementation of this decision would have been binding on all branches of the federal government.  It would have become the law of the land.
